Why book your First Diet Consultation?

During your first diet consultation, we’ll review your lifestyle, nutrition, and health goals to build your plan.

How it works: 30 to 40 minutes – 70$

  1. Read and Sign GPS Goal Points System: Reach goals → Earn points → Get rewards → Stay motivated & Maintain. Navigate your health journey with rewards at every stop on the way to your goals. RULES: Set your goals, earn points every visit, boost your score and move forward with me, by following my tips and tricks, and unlock rewards! Every step forward counts.

  2. Personalize your Nutrition Plan (In Person or Online): After gathering your data, preferences and habits, we start designing and implementing the diet plan together. Diets are not created equal but they all need one common factor: Calorie Deficit. Some blood tests might be required since many factors can slow down the speed of fat loss, especially Metabolic diseases.

  3. Customize your Fitness Plan (In Person or Online): A body high in muscle mass will have a stronger metabolism and so will need more cardio and less strength training to achieve results. Vice- versa, a body low in muscle mass will have a lower metabolism. These two different body compositions will require different workouts and food plans in order to achieve their desired goals. As an ISSA Certified Coach, I make sure your Food and Fitness plans are aligned because if not, results are much harder to get and maintain.

  4. Fat & Muscle InBody Test The InBody test is your health blueprint—tracking not just weight, but how your body is built. Perfect for athletes, weight loss journeys, or anyone serious about long-term health.
